Our process: from message to installation, same-day.

Air conditioning is not a week-long project — it is a service that must work fast, especially in season. That is why our process has three clear steps and closes with a warranty and a photo report.

1. Contact: one WhatsApp message is enough

Message us on WhatsApp or call: tell us where the property is, what you need (new installation, repair, gas, cleaning) and — if you know it — the unit’s model or BTU. We reply quickly, in Albanian, English or Italian.

2. Free inspection and quote

For installations, we assess the positioning of the units, the pipe run and access — on site or with clear photos/video on WhatsApp. For repairs, we diagnose on the spot. On this basis you receive the quote: a fixed price, in writing.

3. Same-day installation

Because we are local technicians from Vlorë, the work is scheduled fast — usually within the day or on the date that suits you. A standard installation takes a few hours: positioning, pipework, vacuuming, testing — and a full clean-up afterwards.

4. Warranty and photo report

After every job you receive the work warranty and a photo report on WhatsApp: the installation, the connections, the testing — documented. If you are an owner outside Albania or manage a rental villa, this is how you verify the work without being there.

Why it works even for owners who are not in Vlorë

Many of our clients are Riviera hotel and villa owners living abroad: everything is agreed on WhatsApp, the price arrives in writing and the work is documented with photos. It does not ask for blind trust — it just asks for WhatsApp.

How fast can you come?

Usually within the day for Vlorë and nearby areas; for the southern Riviera (Dhërmi, Himarë, Ksamil, Sarandë) we schedule within the day. We are local — not 24–48 hours like firms from Tirana.

How long does an installation take?

A standard split installation usually takes a few hours. In the quote we also give you the timeline — and we stick to it.

When is the best time to install?

April–June, before the season: dates are easy to find and there is no rush. In July–August we are mostly on urgent repairs — if you can, do not wait for summer.

I am outside Albania. How do I verify the work?

Everything on WhatsApp: the price in writing before the work and a photo report after it. The warranty stays with you in writing — the work is verified without needing to travel.

What if something extra comes up during the work?

You are notified immediately, with photos and a separate quote for the extra work. Nothing additional is done without your written approval.
