How fast can you come for a repair?
Usually the same day in Vlorë and surroundings, the next day elsewhere on the Riviera. Companies coming from Tirana make you wait 24–48 hours and often add €15–40 for the trip — we’re local, without those costs. In July–August, emergencies get priority.
The AC turns on but doesn’t cool. What’s wrong?
The most common causes are: low gas (usually from a leak), filters and coils blocked with dirt, or a blown capacitor in the outdoor unit. On-site diagnosis pins it down — then you decide.
Is it worth repairing, or should I replace it?
We tell you honestly: if the unit is young and the repair is cheap, it’s worth it; if the compressor is gone on a 10+ year-old unit, replacement is often cheaper long-term. We put the comparison on paper — no sales pressure.
