How we organise coverage — honestly
Vlorë is home: there, in Orikum and Radhimë, we take emergencies the same day. Through the Llogara tunnel Dhërmi is about 45 minutes away, Himarë just over an hour, Saranda and Ksamil around two — covered with fixed days each week and maintenance contracts for hotels and residences.
Companies driving down from Tirana typically ask for 24–48 hours of waiting plus a €15–40 travel surcharge. We are local technicians: we know the sea salt that eats outdoor units, the seasonal rhythm of the Riviera and the villages where a van cannot climb everywhere.
The seasons set the pace: new installations are best booked April–June, when lead times are short and prices more favourable; July and August are emergency months, when every hour of waiting weighs. Quotes are always free — write to us on WhatsApp, in English if you prefer.
